Cvmantra provides personalized digital services, including:
 Professional resume and CV writing
 Online training programs (including live sessions)
Due to the customized and non-tangible nature of our offerings, the following policy outlines
conditions for refunds, revisions, and rescheduling.

Refund available if content hasn’t been accessed or till the 1st session of the courses

No refund once the content is accessed or 2 session starts

Note: All refund requests must be submitted before the relevant work begins or content is

accessed.

3. Training & Live Session Policy
If a scheduled live training session does not occur due to technical or platform issues:
 The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
 If the issue persists after two rescheduling attempts, a full refund will be
processed upon request.

4. Revisions & Ongoing Support
As our services are custom and digital in nature, returns are not possible. However, we offer
the following support and revisions:

6. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
 The final resume/CV has been delivered or writing has commenced.
 Online course content has been accessed or the session has started.
 Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information was submitted by the client.
 The client failed to review the scope of services prior to making payment.

7. How to Request a Refund or Revision

You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days.

8. Policy Updates & Disputes
 This policy may be updated periodically. Please review it before each purchase.
 Any disputes arising from this policy will be handled in accordance with the Terms &
Conditions published on our website.
